Stories Matter

let’s read, write, and live some great ones!

Grab a cup of coffee or tea, and let’s hangout. I’m Dakota, and I love to create raw, relatable stories through the written word. I also love the beautiful ways stories can touch hearts when they’re shared through photography, theater, music, and dance!

I’m a small town girl with an autumn soul. I spend my days caring for my sweet, wild, big family and our abundance of cats and dogs. I have Sensory Processing Disorder and anxiety disorders, and I’m passionate about breaking the stigma on mental health disorders and neurodivergence. You can often find me on Instagram, sharing my experiences and engaging in authentic, down-to-earth conversations about navigating the ups and downs of life.

I’d love to connect with you, and find out how I can come alongside you and encourage or assist you in your creative journey.
